1. WHAT INFORMATION WILL INVOICE GENIUS COLLECT ABOUT YOU?
Users of Invoice Genius may be Businesses or Agencies (basically anyone using our platform to create an invoice). Our App is intended for users age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger than age 18.
In order to offer our users the best experience possible, we request the following information from them:
We value your privacy, so we make an effort to collect as little personal information as necessary. However, certain features of our App can not function without certain information. Specific personal information is collected only when you register with our App or choose to participate in various activities related to our App, such as message boards.

- Home / Office Phone
Invoice Genius or our payment processor, WePay, may also collect the following information from your use of Invoice Genius so as to best facilitate the user experience – both for customers and merchants:

- Customers’ mailing addresses
- Customers’ taxpayer identification numbers
We may also collect information regarding your demographics including your age, gender, hometown, interests, and any information regarding your actions on the Invoice Genius platform.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
When you access Invoice Genius, our servers automatically collect the following information:
- IP address
- Device identifier
- Browser type
- Operating system
- Access times
- Search terms you’ve entered into search engines to access our site
- Pages you’ve viewed immediately before and after accessing our site
- Actions you’ve taken within the app
We use this information primarily to improve our services and functionality. We may use this information for marketing and analytics purposes, as well.
In order to process payments, purchases, orders, returns, and exchanges, we collect and store financial information (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date).
2. HOW WILL INVOICE GENIUS USE YOUR INFORMATION?

4. WHAT IS INVOICE GENIUS’ POLICY ON COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the App, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. Your continued use of the App after the revised policy is posted will be interpreted as your awareness and acceptance of the new terms.

OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

They are used to track the number of users who have viewed particular pages and viewed emails, and acquire other statistical data. We are not responsible for the content,privacy and security practices, or policies of any third parties, including other Apps, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the App .
6. HOW DOES INVOICE GENIUS KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
7. DOES INVOICE GENIUS SOLICIT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN?
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data that we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us using the contact information provided at the end of this policy.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and Conditions and/or comply with legal requirements.
EMAILS AND COMMUNICATIONS
If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out when noting your preferences when you register your account with the App. You can also contact us directly and request to stop receiving these communications.
10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE ADDITIONAL PRIVACY RIGHTS?
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain information from us. Once a year, these users may receive updates about the categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, along with the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information during the previous calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the App or our mobile application, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App or our mobile application. To request the removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the App or our mobile application, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
